Capture six random picture in the room you're in. Identify leadership traits and qualities to match each object. Reflect on how leaders impact a room. White out- Leaders cover up their mistakes daily and start over when necessary Computer cart- Leaders should protect their valuable possessions Lantern- Leaders should add beauty to every room Chair- Leaders should be dependable, strong, and should provide support Speakers- Leaders should know how to party. Leaders should be expected to make pleasant sounds Entrance sign- Everything starts with leadership Objects in perspective of leadership: Leaders use people to get work done. Leaders are not usually viewed as fun. Leaders have a direct mental impact on their followers. Leaders usually make their followers feel like their work is never done or enough. The leaders that are around me find resources for us to get the job done. Social relationships are rarely developed with leaders and their followers. I have had a cast of characters as leaders. I’m sure everyone has. I am currently blessed with the best leader I have ever had in education. She is the best I have come across because she is social, professional, and knowledgeable. She is a well balanced person. What does leadership mean to me? Leadership is the ability to understand the goal and is capable of motivating others to support and execute the goal in the most efficient manner. |
